There are a total of 29 locations throughout Western and Central New York, Chicago, Illinois, and Erie, Pennsylvania. DSCS was founded in 1967 at the Niagara Falls location in New York. Since the first location opened, a total of 29 locations have opened throughout Western and Central New York, Chicago, Illinois, and Erie, Pennsylvania. DSCS's mission statement is “to set the standards in the car care industry for quality, value, and integrity. We are an A+ member of the Better Business Bureau.”
The database our group created will enhance customer service by improving efficiency of handling customer complaints. It stores employee and customer information along with details on every complaint. Our reports sort this information in a way that makes it easier for managers to make decisions and see patterns; the Employee Complaints report sorts complaints by the employee involved allowing managers to easily see which employees are responsible for the most complaints and which managers were responsible for handling it. We believe this database will save Delta Sonic time and money by making this information easily acessible.
